Taylor VanDy

Taylor VanDy, a friend and advocate for teenage girls, has a rich background in supporting young women on their journey to self-discovery. Her story includes time spent as a camp counselor for teen girls, where she provided a nurturing environment filled with guidance and support.

Taylor has poured her heart into The Little Sister's Mentoring Program, a place where struggling teen girls can find the support they need to flourish. It's not just a program; it's a heartfelt mission.

Taylor's approach is all about mindset work. The program is structured and based on the individual needs of the teen using different cognitive tools for growth. She understands that personal growth goes beyond the classroom, so she's introduced practices like meditation, journaling, and affirmations. These techniques help the girls connect with their authentic selves, build a positive outlook, and boost their self-esteem.

Her dedication to this approach, designed to uplift and empower, shines through in The Little Sister's Mentoring Program. Taylor's warm and friendly nature creates a safe space for every participant, ensuring they feel valued and supported on their unique journey toward self-confidence and self-discovery.
